1. Overview
Welley Counselling and Wellbeing provides counselling and wellbeing services designed to support personal growth, reflection, and positive change. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for sessions booked with us.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life can change unexpectedly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session:

More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee applies. You can reschedule or request a full refund.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: The full session fee may be charged, as it is unlikely we can fill the appointment on short notice.

No-shows: The full session fee will be charged.
Rescheduling can be arranged by contacting us directly via email or phone.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

You have cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

A session is cancelled by Welley Counselling and Wellbeing due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, technical failure).

A duplicate payment was made in error.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe or Apple Pay) and may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
Refunds are not available for completed sessions, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Australian Consumer Law
This policy is consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If services are not delivered with reasonable care or skill, or do not match the description provided, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy as required by law.
