3. Booking and Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by direct arrangement.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Apple Pay.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are correct.

  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change from time to time.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change.

  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance may be charged in full.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method.

5. Confidentiality

All counselling sessions are confidential, except where required by law — for example, if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or if disclosure is legally mandated.
